1. Booking and Payments:

   • Payments can be made through credit/debit cards or cash upon arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   • Full refund for cancellations 24 hours or more before the scheduled service.
   • A 50% refund is provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.
3. Service-Specific Terms:
   • Boarding:
     • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
     • Owners provide necessary items.
   • Daycare:
     • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
     • Owners provide necessary items.
   • Dog Walking:
     • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations per Florida Statutes Title XLVI.
   • Drop-In Visits:
     • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations per Florida Statutes Title XLVI.
4. Photo Usage:
   • By booking with T-BonesPetCare, you grant us the right to use photos taken during services for communication and promotional purposes, including social media.
5. Liability:
   • We have insurance coverage for:
     • Vet Bill Reimbursement:
       • Yearly Policy Limit: $5,000 (included)
       • Covers medical expenses for a client’s pet in our care, regardless of fault.
     • General Liability:
       • Yearly Policy Limit: $2,000,000 (included)
       • Protects against claims for bodily injury or property damage to third parties, such as clients, occurring on our premises or as a result of our services.
     • Pet Protection Coverage (Animal Bailee Coverage):
       • Yearly Policy Limit: $5,000 (included)
       • Specifically protects against injuries or damages sustained by an animal in our care, custody, or control.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
